Our Wellness Plan for Pets allows our clients to provide the best healthcare for their pets whilst spreading the cost and saving money with simple, monthly payments.

The cost per month will depend on the species and size of your pet (see individual plans below) and is payable by interest-free direct debit.

A note to all new members

The wellness plan is an annual subscription. You must be registered with Blythman and Partners before signing up for the wellness plan.

Our Wellness Plans help you to budget, save money and spread the cost of your pet’s essential preventative healthcare treatments over the year. This gives you the peace of mind that your pet is protected against the most common preventable conditions.

Yes, we recommend you have both. A Wellness Plan covers you for preventative healthcare that is NOT usually covered by an insurance policy. Pet insurance covers you for veterinary treatment related to unforeseen accidents and/or illnesses.

Our Wellness plan prices vary according to the type of pet (dogs, cats and rabbit) and the dogs’ size. Payment is by a monthly direct debit.

Benefits and treatments apply only to the pet named on the plan. If you have multiple pets, you will need a Wellness Plan for each of them.

Your pet’s annual booster vaccinations, including kennel cough for dogs and VHD2 for rabbits. Year-round worm, flea and tick prevention treatment. Two veterinary consultations each year, one to be used at the time of annual booster vaccination. The second can be used at a time of your choosing for either a routine consultation during normal working hours or used out of hours at our Gosforth Hospital. Two nail clips a year, free microchipping and 15% discount off all products and services.

Any products and services that we offer! Such as neutering, dentals, surgery, hospitalisation, blood tests (in-house testing and those sent to an external laboratory), diagnostic imaging (x-rays, ultrasound), medications including repeat prescriptions and three-monthly medication appointments. Normal and prescription diets, toys and treats from our waiting room stand or wholesaler. PET passport scheme and much more.

Blythman and Partners is one of the few remaining independent veterinary practices in the area providing its own 24-hour Out of Hours care at the Gosforth Hospital. With eight surgeries across the North East, our team of experienced vets and nurses are on duty, providing round the clock care for your pet.

T&Cs

To enjoy the benefits of the plan your pet must be registered with us. Minimum 12 month contract. Plan will automatically renew annually and will start a new 12 month contract period. Failure to keep payments up to date could result in financial penalties, cancellation or suspension of the plan.
