- Once registered, please book in advance an appointment at your local practice. This can be done via our online booking portal or by calling the reception team.

- We offer a 24-hour service only at our Gosforth hospital. Please call 0191 2841711 in case of an emergency.

- If you are currently registered at a Veterinary Practice, we ask to view your pet companion’s clinical history with your current vet before confirming registration with us. Please call the team for full details.
- Payment is to be made at the time of your pet’s treatment.
- We can be paid in advance online via the portal, in cash at the practice, or with cards. To note, we do not accept American Express.
- Full payment is to be made to Blythman and Partners at time of treatment. Customers are to initiate claims with their insurers.

- Clients will be automatically signed up for reminders unless they request not to have them. Once initial treatment is received this will generate the reminders for the next month
- Please bring your pet and be ready to answer questions about your pet, their history, and any information that is beneficial for the team to give the best care.
- If your pet is having vaccinations, please bring their vaccination card to keep track.
- We do equine vetting services, including Vaccinations, Dentistry, 5-stage pre-purchase vetting, Geldings, Laboratory tests, Endoscopy, Pregnancy scanning, Lameness workups and more.
- Please call the reception team to book an off-site appointment for your animal.
When next in practice, please speak to one of the reception team, who will confirm your address and will organise the monthly delivery.
